We are flexible in our approach and have the ability to custom build pumps to specified materials, high temperatures, set duty points with motors to varying voltages, frequencies and IP ratings. Saiken Pumps have 10,000 sq.ft of warehouse space, where some of our product lines are stocked and available for immediate dispatch. Customer goods are delivered to our warehouse where they are then checked by our highly experienced warehouse operatives, ensuring that everything the customer receives is correct and packed according to the customer requirements. Alongside supplying a vast range of pumps, here at saiken we also offer spare parts for a wide variety of our pumps, including a large stocking of the saiken range. We realise that it is a vital matter to have the option of spare parts available for your pumping equipment when needed. This is why we have a dedicated team of specialist advisors on hand to help when you are in need of advice. All of our quotations are made according to the Incoterms chart of responsibility, ensuring that the outline of costs is clear from the outset. We are able to ship your goods worldwide via air/sea,TNT/DHL. The option is also available, should it be required, for clients to arrange their own carriers to collect goods from our premises. We ensure that our goods are packed in accordance, and can also be packed according to the shipping method, complete with any required shipping marks. In order to enable ease of business, we are able to accept payment for goods in four major currencies; RMB,GBP, EUR and USD. We are happy to accept payment via bank transfer, cheques and Letters of Credit (conditions apply). |
