Briefly talk about the non-reversible KCB gear pump：
The KCB gear pump cannot be reversed. When the KCB gear pump motor is connected to the power supply, you must pay attention to whether the wiring is correct, or the motor will reverse. This will not only burn the motor, but also cause huge damage to the gear oil pump. Falling off, damage to the mechanical seal, and wear of the thrust plate, therefore, remind users of gear oil pumps that they must pay attention before the pump works.
KCB gear pump has reasonably designed oil drain and oil return groove, which is the smallest torque force that the gear bears during work, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.
KCB gear pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and it can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. But note that this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term work, and can be installed separately on the pipeline when necessary.
Looking at the pump from the extending end of the main shaft, the KCB300 gear pump rotates clockwise.
KCB gear pump is mainly composed of gear oil pump, shaft, pump body, safety valve, and shaft end seal. The gear has high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and is installed in a replaceable bushing together with the shaft to run. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.
