If the amount is insufficient, these impurities and polymers will inevitably deposit in the sealed cavity, causing the gap between the moving ring and the moving ring seat and the shaft sleeve to be blocked, resulting in inflexible movement of the moving ring in the axial direction or even jamming. It is jammed and cannot provide the original design end-face specific pressure of 0.586MPa, which leads to the sealing surface not being able to adhere well, and the liquid film balance is destroyed. At this time, the seal will leak slightly. As the polymer and impurity particles enter the end face of the friction pair , The sealing surface is gradually worn, coupled with the ineffective axial compensation of the moving ring, resulting in an increase in the leakage of the seal, and ultimately leading to a complete failure of the seal.
          According to the reasons for the failure of the seal, we have carried out technical transformations in the following aspects: According to the specific working conditions of the KCB stainless steel gear pump, we selected Aizhi 318 cassette single-end mechanical seal (container type) Its main features are as follows: Through the automatic locking ring to achieve precise determination. The adjustable gland can be used directly with common bolts, and the container structure is easy to install. The spring is located outside the auxiliary sealing ring and is completely separated from the medium to avoid the spring jam. The moving ring adopts an integral floating type non-inlaid, and the static ring is a z-shaped design through computer analysis. Its advantage is that it has good heat dissipation and no heat accumulation.
