    1. The stainless steel gear pump seal leaks. There are several reasons for the leakage of stainless steel gear pumps
      (1) The delivery temperature of the stainless steel gear pump is too high, which does not match the applicable temperature of the assembled seal.
      (2) The viscosity of the medium conveyed by the stainless steel gear pump is too large, causing the failure of the mechanical seal friction pair.
      (3) The delivery medium of the stainless steel gear pump contains solid particles, which causes the failure of the mechanical seal friction pair or the damage of the o-ring.
      (4). Too much positive pressure in the stainless steel gear pump pipeline causes the gear pump seal to fail.
    2. The stainless steel gear pump is locked. Generally, it is caused by the high temperature of the stainless steel gear pump in operation that the gear and the gear are locked, or the end of the gear and the thrust plate are locked, and the shaft of the stainless steel gear pump is locked with the shaft sleeve or the sealing part. The main reason for these failures is (1). The number of revolutions of the stainless steel gear pump is too high
(2) The viscosity of the medium conveyed by the stainless steel gear pump is too high
(3). The assembly clearance of stainless steel gear pump is too small
(4) The stainless steel gear pump has poor lubricity of the conveying medium.
