The working principle of KCB gear pump

2021/06/07 09:56:49
The gear oil pump is an important component that raises the low-pressure oil in the oil tank to the high-pressure oil capable of doing work through the rolling mesh of a pair of involute gears with the same parameters and structure. The gear oil pump is a power device that converts the mechanical energy of the engine into hydraulic energy.
The control hydraulic signal related to the displacement change of the gear oil pump is the front pump oil flow, the rear pump oil flow and the pilot oil and negative flow. The oil flow of the front and rear pumps directly controls the oil pump, and the pilot oil is throttled by the electric proportional valve to control the oil pump. , Can be called the pilot secondary pressure
The KCB gear pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump. It can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. But note that this safety valve cannot be used as a pressure reducing valve for long-term work, and can be installed separately on the pipeline when necessary.
Looking at the pump from the extended end of the main shaft, it rotates clockwise.
Large flow gear oil pumps, gear pumps, unloading pumps, oil transfer pumps, crude oil pumps, marine gear pumps, etc.
KCB stainless steel gear pumps are mainly used in oil fields, oil depots, ports, docks, ships and other large-volume oil transportation and oil unloading.
