Saiken Pump Industry will introduce to you the precautions in the construction of hydraulic gear pumps:
The hydraulic gear pump must be installed with a safety valve and a remote device. The oil tank must be dust-proof to prevent debris and other debris from entering the oil and cleaned regularly. The oil suction pipeline should be as short as possible, generally not exceeding 500mm, and should be as short as possible. Use elbows sparingly, and oil pipelines must not leak.

1. The working oil should be kept clean. It is recommended to install an oil filter with a filtration accuracy of 80-100μm in the suction pipe of the pump, and an oil filter with a filtration accuracy of not less than 25μm in the return line, and it should be cleaned or cleaned regularly according to the oil pollution. replace.

2. If there is an oil filter on the oil inlet of the hydraulic gear pump, the effective flow of the oil filter should be greater than twice the maximum suction flow of the pump, and it should be kept unblocked to prevent blockage.

3. It is strictly stipulated that oil must be filled and exhausted before the pump is installed and started, so that the pump can suck in the oil in time when the pump is running. It is best to loosen a pipe joint in the pressure pipeline, move the power element to let the oil flow out until no bubbles are seen, and then tighten the pipe joint (this operation should be handled with special attention, the pump does not carry out this operation is the initial stage Damage encountered the most failures). After the pump is installed, it should be operated with no-load and short-time load for no less than 10 minutes.

4. The maximum temperature of the gear pump under continuous working conditions should not exceed 80℃, and the instantaneous working temperature should not exceed 120℃ to avoid premature aging of the seal.
