Correct installation method of fluoroplastic magnetic pump

Fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, water treatment and other enterprises for pumping flammable, explosive, toxic and precious liquids due to its fully sealed, leak-free, and corrosion-resistant characteristics. The ideal pump for civilized workshops and factories without leakage and pollution.
The following items should be considered during the installation of fluoroplastic magnetic pump:
1. Put the unit on the foundation, put a pair of wedge pads between the bottom plate and the foundation, and adjust the wedge pad to correct the level of the pump. After adjustment, tighten the anchor bolts.
2. The pump and motor should be checked before installation. All parts should be intact and there should be no debris in the magnetic pump.
3. Make a concrete foundation according to the size of the foundation and bury the anchor bolts at the same time.
4. The suction and discharge pipelines of the magnetic pump should be supported by a magnetic pump. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipelines should be the same as that of the pump inlet and outlet.
5. After the installation is complete, turn the magnetic pump coupling by hand to check if there is any rubbing phenomenon. The installation is complete if the rotation is easy and even.
6. The magnetic pump is strictly forbidden to extract media with particles and easy to crystallize, and it is not allowed to operate continuously when the discharge port is closed, and the minimum flow must be maintained.
7. To prevent debris from entering the magnetic pump, a filter should be installed at the inlet, and the filter area should be 3 to 4 times larger than the cross-sectional area of the pipeline.
8. When the medium viscosity is too high, the performance and power of the magnetic pump will change. For details, please follow the instructions.
9. It is necessary to ensure that the installation height of the magnetic pump conforms to the cavitation allowance of the pump, and consider the pipeline loss and medium temperature.
