Introduction:
1. SKP high viscosity liquid transfer pump
heat preservation gear pump is a with merits of big capacity, stable running performance, low noise, little leakage, good sealed performance and compact structure.
2. The gear type of pump is circular cantilever tooth. The “general volume” of pump cavity is formed by the pump crescent wall and two gear surfaces, during the period of gear rotating unceasingly, the pressure will push the liquid out.
3. The gear pump is special designed with heating jacket, it could be used to transfer bitumen, asphalt, heavy oil, balnetar, resin, liquid soap and other high viscosity liquids without solids and fiber.
4. Pump body could be installed in eight different directions to meet all kinds of installation requirements.
5. The gear pump has the function of "forced interlock", the rotor and shaft could be positioning accurately, so the wear is decreased and the service life is prolonged.
The safety valve protect system from damage due to overpressure and overflow automatically.
