According to the replaced waste lubricating oil, the quality of heat conduction oil, the amount of internal impurities and the degree of seal wear can be determined, so as to replace the corresponding parts in time. Hot oil pump should pay attention to pump bearing temperature, should not exceed the outside temperature of 35℃, but the high should not be greater than 75℃. The oil cup should be filled with calcium-based butter to ensure normal lubrication of the bearing. Trial operation requirements of hot oil pump: 1. Each indicating instrument and safety protection device should be sensitive, accurate and reliable; Turning should be flexible, no abnormal phenomenon; 2. The steering of the driving machine should be the same as that of the hot oil pump, and used according to a certain steering; 3. Find out the steering of the thermal insulation gear pump and the coaxial pump; 4. The hot oil pump body should be preheated before the test run, and the temperature should rise evenly, and the temperature rise per hour should not be greater than 50℃; The temperature difference between the pump surface and the process pipeline with working medium inlet should not be greater than 40℃; A connection device is set to eliminate the influence of temperature rise, and a bypass connection device is set to provide cooling water source; 5. The parts of the hot oil pump with pre-lubrication requirements should be pre-lubricated according to the regulations; 6. Each fixed connection part shall not be loose, and the specification and quantity of filling lubricant in each lubrication part shall comply with the provisions of technical documents.
