Kcb gear pump start

1. Before starting the kcb gear oil pump, check whether the pump shaft rotates flexibly, whether there is any jamming, whether the valves on the inlet and outlet pipelines are open, and whether the rotation direction of the pump is correct.
2. A certain amount of lubricating fluid should be injected into the pump cavity before starting the pump if the kcb gear has not been used for a long time to reduce the dry friction of the pump during the oil suction process and improve the self-priming performance of the pump.
3. After the kcb gear pump is turned on, if there is abnormal noise or overheating, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
4. Kcb gear pump check whether there is any leakage at the shaft end of the pump, such as: the packing seal should be properly tightened and the compression cover should be disassembled and checked for other seals;
5. If the kcb gear pump transports hot oil, it should be evenly preheated when it is turned on. The preheating is carried out by using the conveyed medium to continuously pass through the pump body. Preheating standard: The oil temperature at the suction inlet shall not be higher than the temperature of the pump body 40, and the heating rate of preheating shall be controlled at <40/h. During preheating, the bolts that fix the pump body should be loosened, and the preheating is completed, tighten it . During the preheating process, you should pay attention to observe the operation of the pump, but if something bad happens, you should stop the pump immediately for inspection.
6. After the kcb gear pump is stopped, first cut off the power supply, and then close the valves on the inlet and outlet pipes to avoid the pump from reversing.
7. After long-term use of the kcb gear pump, when the pressure and flow have dropped significantly, the pump should be disassembled for inspection, and the worn parts should be replaced.
