ISG, IRG, GRG, YG, IHG, IHGB vertical circulation pump
The ISG type single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pump has a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet calibers and is located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor. The axial size is short, the structure is compact, and the pump and motor bearings are configured reasonably, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the pipeline centrifugal pump. Low vibration and low noise.
The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, adopts imported titanium alloy seal ring, medium-sized high temperature resistant mechanical seal and adopts hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seal.
Easy installation and maintenance, no need to dismantle the pipe road system, all the rotor parts can be drawn out by removing the nut of the pump joint base.
The series and parallel operation modes of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of use, that is, the needs of flow and head.
The vertical and horizontal installation of the pump can be adopted according to the requirements of the pipeline layout

The ISG type vertical circulating pump is an excellent hydraulic model selected by SAIKEN pump industry scientific and technical personnel and the United Nations water pump experts. It adopts the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump and is designed by ingenious combination on the basis of general vertical pumps. At the same time, based on the ISG vertical circulating pump, suitable hot water, high temperature, corrosive chemical pumps, and oil pumps are dispatched according to the use temperature and medium. This series of products have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance.
Working conditions:
The suction pressure is ≤1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the flow-through part and the connecting part of the pipeline centrifugal pump are made of cast steel.
Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <95%.
The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with fine particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.

ISG type single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pump is used to transport clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, and long-distance transportation. , HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water cycle pressurization and equipment supporting, the use temperature T <80 ℃.
