Stainless steel gear pump structure introduction

2020/08/02 16:10:58
       KCB stainless steel magnetic pump is mainly used for conveying lubricating oil in the lubrication system of various mechanical equipment, suitable for conveying the viscosity of 5×10-6~1.5×10-3m2/s (5-1500cSt) and the temperature below 300℃ Lubricating oil. Stainless steel gear pump can transport non-lubricating oils, beverages, and low-corrosive liquids. Equipped with copper gears, it can transport low internal point liquids, such as gasoline and benzene. In addition to ordinary motors, this series of pumps can also be equipped with explosion-proof motors of the same specifications according to user needs.
   Use:
   can be used as a transmission and booster pump in the oil delivery system;
   can be used as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization and injection in the fuel system;
   can be used as lubricating oil pump in all industrial fields.

  Scope of application:
   KCB series gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, and shaft end seals. The gear has a higher hardness and strength after heat treatment, and it is installed in a replaceable sleeve together with the shaft to run. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.
  The plastic magnetic pump has reasonably designed oil drain and oil return grooves, which is the smallest torque force that the gear bears during work, so the bearing load is small, the wear is small, and the pump efficiency is high.
  The pump is equipped with a safety valve as overload protection. The total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and it can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. But note that this safety valve cannot be used for long-term operation of a pressure reducing valve, and can be installed separately on the pipeline when necessary.
   Seen from the extension end of the main shaft to the pump, it rotates clockwise.

    The common gears of stainless steel gear pumps include straight teeth, helical teeth, herringbone teeth, and spiral teeth. The tooth profiles mainly include involute and circular arc types. Usually small gear pumps use involute spur gears, high-temperature gear pumps often use displacement gears, and involute helical gears are used for melt pumps that transport high-viscosity, high-pressure polymer melts. The gear and the shaft are made into one body, and its rigidity and reliability are higher than that of a gear pump china that is manufactured separately from the gear and the shaft. The gears of foreign low-pressure gear pumps often adopt a square structure, that is, the tooth width of the gear is equal to the diameter of the addendum circle. The tooth width of the high-viscosity gear pump used in high-pressure applications is smaller than the diameter of its addendum circle. This is to reduce the radial pressure area of the gear and reduce the load of the gear and bearing. Stainless steel gear pump is a new type of liquid conveying machine, which has the advantages of simple structure, safe and reliable work, convenient use and maintenance, continuous and uniform liquid discharge, and stable pressure.
